Micasa ApartHotel - Terms and Conditions

Reservation

A credit card authorisation is required at the time of making a reservation as security for all sums due to Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. All balances are payable on departure and will be processed from your credit card in the absence of alternative payment.

In exceptional circumstances we may find ourselves unable to accommodate your booking. In this eventuality we will use reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative. In the unlikely event that this proved necessary, Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. will be responsible for settling any additional accommodation costs incurred.

Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. reserve the right to decline any booking notwithstanding the provisions of the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.

All rates are per apartment per night / week and are deemed inclusive of Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will result where written intimation of cancellation is not received by Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. by 12 noon on the day prior to arrival.

Internet and Special Offer Rates

Internet and advertised special offer rates are only valid and available when they can be booked online at www.micasaaparthotel.co.uk

Check In and Check Out

Unless otherwise agreed, check in will be from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and check out is any time prior to 10.00am on the day of departure.

Smoking

Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. operates a strict no smoking policy. Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. reserves the right to levy a £150 deep cleaning charge in the event that you smoke in an apartment.

Maximum Occupancy

1 Bedroom Apartment – 2 Persons

2 Bedroom Apartment – 4 Persons

3 Bedroom Apartment – 6 Persons

Where a cot has been supplied by Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. the maximum occupancy will be increased to include a child under the age of 5.

If maximum occupancy levels are exceeded Micasa ApartHotel reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately and will uplift all charges due from your pre authorised credit card together with a penalty of £100 to offset additional housekeeping costs.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Apartments. Guide Dogs are welcome.

Damage Liability

You will be responsible for any damage to the Apartment or its contents during your stay caused by your act and omission or negligence. Any damage should be reported to us immediately.

Guests are advised that Micasa ApartHotel Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept in the Apartments or the Building. Should Micasa Aparthotel Ltd. be held liable for any such loss, liability is limited in accordance with the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.

Lost Keys

Lost or mislaid keys will be replaced in exchange for a £10 administration charge deducted from your security deposit at departure.

Complaints & Antisocial Behaviour

In the event of any dispute or should we receive complaints Micasa Aparthotel Ltd. reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.

Car Parking

Micasa Aparthotel has no dedicated car parking facility. Car parking is available at the nearby NCP Car Park on Shiprow and details are available from reception. Guests park their cars at their own risk.
